Identical users but not same number of cubes

Two identical users do not have access to the same number of cubes made in data discovery. I have tried to share data sources and cubes but nothing helps.

Hack anyone?

    Not sure what the issue might be here. A 'hack' - if you dare - is to make them both 'Data Discovery Administrators'.
