Connection to PostgreSQL

I'm trying to add a PostgreSQL server as a datasource.
I have the IP, Port and a login, it still can't connect to the server though.

The problem seems to be that Targit is trying to connect to the default 
DB, which the login does not have access to. 

Therefore I can't connect to the server and choose the correct database. Is there anyway to define the database before connecting to the server?
