User Dimensions - valid per object or per document?

Hi all,

when working with user dimensions I have the question if they are always valid per object (table, chart) or if you can also make them valid per document so that you can reuse them.

We deliberately don't want shared user dimensions, because then they would be valid per cube and not per document.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advanced for support!

    Hi Marlene

    Currently we only have these 2 levels - local or shared. 
    Unfortunately I can't really think of a way to make a user dimension that applies to a document, I think this is an interesting feature request though :-)
