Data Discovery, SharePoint, and security setup (MFA).

I have a problem with Data Discovery, SharePoint, and our security setup.  

We have a SharePoint online file that we would like to add in data discovery.

Unfortunately, do we get a mistake due to our security setup, we have two-factor approval (MFA).

Are there any of you there have succeeded to find a work around solution for getting the online SharePoint fil into Targit??
