Sort Curve Diagram

Is there a way to sort the data in a curve diagram? Right now I am trying to illustrate how many people are using a certain offer from the commune each month. The curve diagram is showing stuff this way:

january: 50 people on hjemmehjælp, 51 people on dagtilbud, 10 people on forsorgshjem, 56 people on flexjob
february: 51 people on hjemmehjælp, 51 people on dagtilbud, 12 people on forsorgshjem, 57 people on flexjob
march: 50 people on hjemmehjælp, 51 people on dagtilbud, 9 people on forsorgshjem, 58 people on flexjob

The issue here is that the data starts with a high number, then shows a larger number, then goes to the smallest number  in the middle and ends on the largest number.

How can I make the curve diagram start at the lowest number 'forsorgshjem' instead of starting on 'hjemmehjælp'?
