Easily 'keep only' or 'exclude' criteria on charts and tables

Provide ability to select a dimension member(s) and have the option to filter (exclude or keep only) that member from that analysis. This feature should be supported on all tables and charts.  This feature should be supported in both the Windows client and the Anywhere client.

Use case:

Exclude member(s): A table or visualization contains 1 or more outliers that either skew the other results or are not of interest for analysis (e.g. a null/empty member) - user wants ability to easily select on the outlier/unwanted member(s) and filter them out of the view.

Keep only member(s): Besides the inverse of the use case above, another reason for the "keep only" option is useful when working with hierarchy expansions/drill-downs: For example, starting with a trend graph at the month level the user wants to "drill-down" (expand) to show the day level for one specific month. Rather than expanding to shows the day level for all months, this would allow the user to keep only the month of interest and then expand down to the day level. (perhaps a third option for this could be made available on hierarchies - i.e. "keep only and expand next level").
