Allow for OR option in criteria editor

Best described with an example: A sales manager is responsible for a certain country, but also responsible for a certain product line across all territories. This requires an OR criteria to get the correct combined result of his efforts.

In a municipality certain departments are obliged to use a certain procurement agreement for all their purchases, while other parts of the organisation only needs to use this agreement when the invoices exceed a certain amount (the data contains a dimension attribute called invoice size for the same purpose).
