Apply required criteria on all types of objects

Currently you can set Required Criteria on Crosstabs and Charts, but not other objects such as Text boxes, Images and Labels. This enhancement is to support that same functionality on all objects to give report designers more creative capability. For example, if the Text box object supported Required Criteria, it would be possible to design a “pop-up” or overlay window experience that displays additional details when a user makes a drill selection.

Please implement this. So often we use textboxes as buttons, and we would like to hide these as an overlay, when a specific criteria hasn't been chosen.

I completely agree, and I believe implementing the functionality to unhide based on specific criteria would be highly beneficial. The sooner this feature is added, the better.
