Access control per Data Model in Data Model Editor

Users should be able to edit Data Models only for those they are owners or for those they have been granted access to.

If you have access to the Data Model Editor, you can edit/delete all data models - including those created by other users. This is a problem, especially for Municipalities who are currently rolling out InMemory solutions (and thereby Data Model Editor access) to multiple employees.
