Data Discovery: Improved Governance (Restrict access to sources and cubes, unless owner)

In Rights, think of two DD user types: DD Administrator and DD Designer.

Improve governance, so that:

• DD Administrator can see all DD data sources and all DD cubes in DD UI and in TARGIT client UI.
• DD Designer can see  owned/shared DD data sources and owned/shared DD cubes in DD UI.
• DD Designer and DD Administrator can share DD data sources and DD cubes with other, named DD Designers.
• DD cubes will not be visible in the TARGIT client UI unless its is owned/shared (or unless you are a DD Administrator).
