Scheduled job: Retry if job fails

A scheduled job property that allows for a certain number of retries if the job should fail. Options: Enable/disable the Retry setting; Retry after X minutes; Maximum number of (failed) retries.

Currently, if a daily job fails, the intended recipients will not get an output until next day - or until the job is run manually (which in many cases does succeed). The succes rate of scheduled jobs may improve significantly by this option.
