Default should be 'Repeat dimension members'

Most people prefer the 'Repeat dimension members' on all rows when exporting to Excel, but this is currently a user preference required to be set by each individual user. There is no way to default user preferences to set this. Especially for consumers that only use Anywhere, it’s just an extra hassle to set this (if they even know it’s possible).

In 90% or more of cases when exporting data to Excel, the user will want to make further data analyses on these. For this, the 'Repeat dimension members' in the output is a must.
