Allow for sorting of columns in crosstab (currently only allows sorting of rows)

Currently you can sort rows by clicking the 'sort' arrow in a column header. Likewise, you should be able to sort columns by clicking a 'sort' icon in a row header.

    That would be nice, but at the moment this seems to be the situation:

    It would be cool if you could determine the sorting of the columns freely, like in other reporting/dashboard tools. E.g. by defining a formula etc.
