Comments in Dashboards and Reports

The user - both Designer and Consumer - should be able to add comments to the current dashboard/report. The commenting feature should automatically keep track of username and timestamps. It should be possible to add and read comments in an ongoing comments thread in relation to the open document. It should be possible to insert an object in the dashboard/report to display the comments.
