What is/was the success criteria(s) of your TARGIT Implementation?

Do you have a set of criteria that defines success when it comes to implementing your TARGIT Solution?

E.g.: Are you using TARGIT Insights to measure No of users and activity level?

Are you perhaps able to document a certain ROI of the implementation or parts of it?

Do you have other ways of defining if your solution has been successfully implemented? (And remains a success?)
