Option to add measures to specific columns

Targit User 1

Often a certain measure is only relevant in certain contexts (like budget only in future).

Therefore it should be possible to control measures per column and filter these with a measure filter.

    "Controlling measures per column" does this also imply the possibility to have different dimension filters per measure?
