ERROR: connection to datasource csv. System.Exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

I need help: I updated to Version 2022.11 today from the previous version. Now the import of a csv-file doesn't work anymore. Everything was fine bevore the update.

It is a simple query, just:

IMPORT [StatistikAnzahl] =  uncolumnized [CSV].{SELECT * FROM [C:\TARGIT Export Path\StatistikAnzahl.csv]}
