Support datetime format for measures

Hi,

In some use cases you need a date or a time format as a measure. Dates and times are often important in manufacturing in general (shift work, machine capacity, production time,...)

But we found out that TARGIT don't support the SSAS format "General Date" which shows date AND time in one measure. TARGIT only supports time and date separately - but not datetime.
