Disabling the interactivity of an object shouldn't influence object features

If the interactivity of an object is disabled via the object list, other features of the object, such as the mousover or simply scrolling a table are disabled as well. It would be very handy to disable interactivity while keeping these features functional. Our customers would like to see the mouseover values without allowing their end users to drill the data points. The same goes for tables in terms of scrolling.
