URL trigger with dynamic content

At present, the URL trigger function accepts only static URLs. Adding support for dynamic content based URLs would significantly increase flexibility and integration potential.

Support for Detail Rows Expression in Tabular model

We are missing support for Detail Rows Expression when using Tabular model. It would be nice if the Drill through action could continue to work, when switcing from Multidimensional to Tabular.
