2nd year in a row that we've had issues with this after the Spring time change in the US. For some reason, after the time change, TARGIT seems to get pointed back a old certs rather than the lates...

Very helpful, in particular: Enabled Windows Features for: WCF Activation over port and http IIS ASP.NET 4.5 or newer These are not enabled by default when enabling IIS on Windows Server 2022.
