Translations of text, titles, labels, dynamic captions etc.

As a Designer user, in most places where you can add custom text, you can also add a translation.

The end-user will see translations when the client language matches the translation language.

When a text entry has a translation option, you will see a Globe icon, and when clicked, it will open a dialog like this:

These translation options are available for many types of object, including:

• Calculation titles (new with the 23rd January 2024 Cloud release, 2024 February release)
• Charts: Titles, Labels, Mouse overs
• Color and Visibility agents: Agent captions
• Color sequences
• Crosstabs: Titles, Theme names
• Custom explanations
• Dynamic captions (new with the 23rd January 2024 Cloud release, 2024 February release)
• KPIs: Titles, Labels, Values, Mouse over
• Label objects
• Menu items: Captions, Mouse over
• Stored Criteria titles
• Text boxes: Captions, Mouse over
• User dimensions: Titles and Members
