Sometimes, when you edit a data source, you do not want the data source to reload data when closing the dialog.
Example: You need to change password on your data source, but you don't want the data source to reload as you save and close the new setting.
You can control this by closing the dialog with either 'Save and close' or 'Save and reload'.
