Consumer Editing - shared Document properties

After setting up Document Properties for consumer editing, be sure to save them (using Save or Save As).

Saved Document Properties can be opened and reused in other documents.

If you modify saved Document Properties, the changes will apply to all documents that use them. You will receive a warning if you attempt to edit properties that are shared across multiple documents.
