Iterations spanning multiple report pages

Generally, you can re-order pages in the Pages panel by dragging and dropping them into new positions.

If you already have an existing Iteration on one or more pages in your report, you can include new pages in this iteration by dragging and dropping the page into the iteration area, or by expanding the iteration area (drag one of its borders) to include surrounding pages.
