Slideshow - overview

With the Slideshow feature, you can select a number of stored documents to be shown as a slideshow or to be exported as a PowerPoint document. 

The Slideshow is created from the 'New' page:

In the Slideshow properties, select documents from the available documents to include in the Slideshow. Also, consider these settings:

• Refresh every. Sets the refreshment rate for how often the data in the included dashboards should be refreshed. Keep this setting in sync with your general data warehouse refreshment rate. If your data warehouse is being refreshed only once every day, a slideshow refreshment rate of e.g., 60 minutes may be more than sufficient.
• Duration. Sets the duration that each individual dashboard, i.e. each individual "frame", should be shown during the slideshow.
• Layout. If your dashboard contains multiple layouts, use this setting to select the correct layout for the slideshow.
