VSCode plugin "Mapped folders" containing IMDBs
Sometimes IMDBs are not deployed to server but just saved to disk (as in intermediate step of the load process, staging DBs etc.). In Connections we could have a special "connection type" that would allow to select a folder and all DBs in that folder would be created as databases in the connections tab. Folder should be synced on every VSCode open and there should be an option to resync the folder.
