I don't know if you can exclude the hierarchy? but normally I can also find the dimensions under ".raw", ex month (without the hierarchy).

You can create a format and then create a new column (by clicking "+") and then use the fomula: concatenate(&Firstname," ",&Lastname), where Firstname is the name of your column with first name etc.
