For security reasons, to prevent malicious files from being uploaded and executed within the TARGIT clients, you can disable uploading (drag-and-drop and copy/paste) files from users' local drives to the Virtual File System (VFS) in TARGIT.
This is a Governance settings in the Rights properties of the TARGIT Management client.
