Document

Document is a common name for several entities in the TARGIT system. They include:

• Normal documents (dashboards and reports)
• Slideshows
• Bookmarks
• Menu files
• Scheduled jobs
• Shared user dimensions
• Roles
• Embedded links

Document Title

Title of the document without path/directory information.

Document Hierarchy

Hierarchical document path/directory up to 10 levels. The first level of the hierarchy describes the main location type of the document as:

• Shared
• Personal
• Scheduled Jobs
• Shared User Dimension
• Generic Embedding
• Insights
• - n/a -

Documents in the - n/a - part of the hierarchy are deleted documents.

Document Path

The full VFS path of the document.

Document Type

The type of the document. See above for detail about document types.

Document Version

The version of TARGIT that was used when saving the document

Document Owner

The owner of the document. The information is available for documents found in Personal and Scheduled Jobs.

Document Deleted

Current availability of the document. If a document found in the usage log has been deleted, the only available information is Document Type and the full VFS path of the document at the time of deletion.

Document Last Modified

Time the document was last modified and by who (user).
