With the proper graphics tool, one that is capable of creating and editing SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) files, you can create and import your own KPI images into TARGIT.
This example will show you how you can download one of the existing KPI images, modify this KPI image using InkScape, and eventually re-import the modified KPI image to TARGIT.

I have made a KPI object containing 4 values but it is only the first 3 that works. Is the KPI object limited to 3 values?

Yes. KPI objects are limited to maximum 3 measure values. Limitations explained in this article: https://community.targit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016252858-KPI-Objects
In this case, you will be able to achieve the same visual expression by adding four 1-value KPIs to your dashboard.

Jeg vil gerne ændre på bogstavsstørrelsen i min KPI. Jeg har set videoen - og jeg er nået til at gemme min kpi - når jeg så skal åbne den i et "andet program" - så åbner en tekstfil.. det ligner ikke det på videoen. I hvilket program skal filen åbnes?

You will need a graphics editor to edit KPI images.
The one used in the video is open source software can be downloaded and installed for free.
