For a normal cube, you're just able to select one fact table, but you are able to define a virtual cube, where you add two (or more) existing cubes with different fact tables

TARGIT Data Model Editor is a part of the Management Studio and of course it can be used to develop a model based on a relational database. We used it already for SQL Server and Oracle and it worke...

In my experience, the limit of the InMemory database is the maximum RAM available. Due to the very effective compression algorithm the "real database size" could be a very big number :)
