When setting up a scheduled job to be delivered by email, in Delivery options, you can choose to include a link to the exported file.
Including a link to the file instead of including the file as an attachment to the email will reduce the amount of data to be processed by the email server, and thereby greatly reducing the load on the email server.
Note: Anyone with the link will be able to download and read the content of the linked file.
The link will automatically expire after 30 days.
Requirements: The Anywhere module must be installed and the Public URL must be configured in the TARGIT Management client. See TARGIT Management - public URLs
