InMemory Scheduler Notifications

[Cloud release: n/a]
[On-prem release: 2025 June]
[On-prem build: 25.05.27002]

First, you will need to enable notifications and configure an Email server in order to receive notifications.

You can monitor the jobs running in Scheduler Management client, and get notified on their success or their failure.

When you enable email notifications, your email server can be set up with two authentication types: SMTP or MS Graph.

Note: If you are using an Exchange Online email server for your notifications, be aware that Microsoft has announced deprecation of the SMTP authentication type by September 2025. From September 2025, or before, you should use the MS Graph authentication type if your email server is an Exchange Online server. See this article: Deprecation: SMTP authentication for Exchange Online
