Stop the ANTServer service from Windows Services
Backup the files in this folder C:\ProgramData\TARGIT\ANTServer\Settings\Statistics
Delete the files in this folder C:\ProgramData\TARGIT\ANTServer\Settings\Statistics
Start the ANTServer service
