[Cloud release: 2024.05.15]
[On-prem release: 2024 June]
[On-prem build: 24.06.19002]
When you use the 'Export' action in a Trigger, you can select from exporting the active document or other document to either Excel or PDF.
Furthermore, if the active document or the other document contains multiple layouts, you can specify which layout it should export.
- Default layout. The trigger will export all objects from the first layout in your document's layout list.
- Active layout. (Only available for export of 'active document'.) The trigger will export all objects from the layout where the trigger was activated.
- First report layout. The trigger will export all objects from the first layout of the type 'Report layout' in your document's layout list.
- First dashboard layout. The trigger will export all objects from the first layout of the type 'Dashboard layout' in your document's layout list.
- Named layout. Based on the document's layout names, you can select a specific layout for export.
- All layouts. (Only available for Excel export.) The trigger will export all unique objects from all layouts in the selected document. Linked objects, that may be used in multiple layouts, will only be exported once.

Thanks for this Feature !!!!
The "All layouts" Export Option to Excel is great.
When will it be released for the onPrem Customers?
This would also be great to have this Option in the Job Management, not only for Triggers.
