NOTE: The below is not recommended since all updates of settings, connections, etc. should always be conducted from within the TARGIT software.
However, If an external program wants to modify a database connection in the TARGIT Server, it can manually modify the files in Settings\Connections\<connection id>*, but for the TARGIT Server to know that the connection has changed, you can put a <connection id>.refresh file inside Settings\Connections that will instruct the TARGIT Server to refresh the connection.
When the automatic refresh has been conducted, the .refresh file will be automatically deleted from the directory.
